IBTI has two main methods to invest on the Formation of Human Capital: With incentives to Research and Development, establishing partnerships with higher education institutions and technology companies, and engaging on the training of specialized researchers in the Institution’s practice area by means of statutes for receiving technical support on developing its innovation projects. Investments in the formation of human capital in areas of intensive knowledge are the fastest way to carry out high-cost projects. Incentive to entrepreneurship is also one of the Institute’s operating areas related to the Formation of Human Capital. Initiatives as the International Incubator and the PEIEx Project help on managing companies to increase production and training of owners, as a way to increasing business options to Brazilian entrepreneurs.
